Vegeterians also Subject to Dirty Colon
This guy from the UK got the nastiest surprise of a lifetime. When his wife forced him to do a colon cleanse, he was skeptical. He figured since he was a vegeterian for the past twenty years, that his colon health was in good shape. Turns out he had 17 inches of nasty crap coming from his rear end.

Self Cleansing Products
You may want to do it yourself if you are a DIY person. In that case, settling for colon cleansing products may not be a bad idea. If you are going to do a colon irrigation you will need something like sea salt to combine with all the water you will be digesting. You need at least 32 oz of water in one go, but its probably better to go for more water. Other colon cleansing products include things like herbs.

Cleaning your Colon with Herbs
Herbal colon cleansing is the preferred choice for most people. Herbs are all natural unlike unnatural medications. Herbal treatment is super easy too. You just mix the herb with your cooking and the herb takes care of business. There are three different herbs commonly used to do colon cleansing: chickweed, senna, and slippery elm. Slippery elm is probably one of the best herbs to use. Senna if you take it too much you could be dependent on it, it is after all an herbal laxative. Chickweed causes bowl movements, but it takes 2 hours before it even takes effect.

Before a Colon Cleanse
Unless you get your colon cleansed, your intestines will be lined up with waste and bacteria eating away at your intestines. Mildew starts growing on that layer of waste, and the mold gives off poisonous gasses and other toxins. Constipation is usually caused by a lack of fiber in your diet and not enough water. The waste becomes compressed and hardened.

Susan's Story
My name is Susan, and my gastro intestinal region always gave me a fuss. I tried changing my diet and other things for colon improvement, but nothing helped. Finally I found out about colon cleansers when I moved to Hawaii. I gave it a try, and now I am feeling free of toxins. Without the colon cleansers, I probably would end up so toxic, I would die an early life.

News Story on Toxins
Tom Brokaw covered a news story on New York Tonight with a woman who went to get herself checked out for toxic waste. Inside her more than 90 contaminants were found to be toxic. However the government didn't mind since it was in such minute quantities. These contaminants come from beauty makeup products and things like pesticides and weed killers. It is recommended to switch to something like organic food which doesn't have these chemicals used when producing the vegetables.

Steps to Cleaning Your Own Colon
The girl in the previous video tells you clearly how to do everything. You have to be on an empty stomach, so the best time would be in the morning. Next, you have to consume sea salt and drink at least 32 oz of water. It doesn't work one way or the other, you have to take both the sea salt and the water. Finally make sure that you are at home or at a place where the bathroom is readily available. It could get messy and if you think you have gas, its probably not gas, but feces or the lining of your colon.
